NAMI ISLAND
Located in Bangha - ri, Namsan-myeon,Chuncheon-si was not an island originally. It is an island of the Bukhangang River, which was made as result of the construction of Cheongpyeong Dam. Its circumference is about 6 km and its area is 430,000. There are a grassplot of 260,000 in the center of the island, chest-nut trees and poplars around it. This place is fit for a walkaway and famous for "Winter Sonata" television play.
EVERLAND
One of the four major Theme Parks in the world. Everland has been a Theme Park providing various entertainment and special events shared with family, friends and couples. Among these are the "Safari World" in the '70s, "Snow Sled in the '80s and "Caribbean Bay" in the '90s along with "Aesop's Village".
AQUA WORLD
The modern Indoor Water Park. Aqua World Danyang, is equipped with the newest multifunctional system and is as large as 364m, which is the only Indoor Water Park in Korea. It is connected with multifunctional Sauna facicilities and its available for all seasons. It is built inside a huge dome, which is particularly good for family visitors.
GYEONGBOKGUNG PALACE
It was built in 1395, three years after the Joseon Dynasty was founded by Yi Seong-gye, when the construction of the main Royal Palace was completed and the capital of the newly founded dynasty moved from Gaeseong to Seoul (then known as Hanyang)
BLUE HOUSE
The signature markings of the Presidential Residence of Cheong Wa Dae are its blue tiles. It is the first thing that catched one's attention upon entering the premises. The Blue tiles and the smooth roof blend beatifully with Mt. Bugaksan in the backdrop.
