TRI – D Travel & Tours Sdn. Bhd. (TRI –D) are moving towards niche-ing the market. TRI – D will continue to market its product aggressively and compete with other competitors. In line with TRI –D expansion program and in order to meet the growing demand in the industry, TRI – D is set to expand its Domestic and International Network to provide optimum service to its client.

TRI – D will expand its wings to the Northern Region , Southern and the East Coast including Langkawi and Kuantan. The negotiation is on going to merge with highly reputable travel agent in Penang, Johor Bahru and Kota Baru. TRI – D is also in the final phase of acquiring RM 1 million overdraft facilities from Bumiputra Commerce Bank Berhad in purposed to increase working capital requirements for its Head Office operating cost, branch level and merging expenses and promotion budget. In order to streamline with the expansion program, TRI – D workforce will be increasing to provide quality services. This is the main key factor to maintain and upgrade the intended services and being the policy of TRI – D not to jeopardized its image and reputation.

TRI – D is also set to be appointed as General Sales Agent (GSA) with Major Airlines Internationally and act as representative agent in Malaysia. This is to cater for the international market sector and the growing demand in term of product and services. With the strong support from its existing client , the Government and Corporate Sector, TRI – D is set to be one of the leading Travel Agent in the region and globally.
